It's 3 am. I can't sleep, again. Another night of tossing and turning and wishing for a different morning to meet me.
On this episode, I share my stream of consciousness giving a peek into the thoughts that are keeping me up. I also share a dream I had with my brother, the conversation and speculate about what it could mean. Side note, I would love to hear from you about experiences you've had like this, too.
"I feel like a superhero with nowhere to go."
Also, it wouldn't be an episode of Citizen:Grief. without a bit of hope and literature. But this time, I need your help. What are your experiences with hypnosis? But most of all, how do you get to sleep when you can't sleep?
